Hydraulic Flow Meter (BSPP)

A range of flow meters designed for use with your automotive PicoScope are available to match the engine and hydraulic kit. The Pico flow meter range has been developed in conjunction with Webtec, the industry leading flow meter supplier, and is based on their very popular range of turbine flow meters.

Pico offers the flow meters in versions with three different sizes: 25 l/min, 300 l/min and 600 l/min (please select when ordering!):

All flow meters have a BNC output for direct connection to the PicoScope and an integrated thermistor sensor for measuring oil temperature. They also have an M16x2 Minimess pressure test port for connection to an optional WPS600C hydraulic pressure sensor. The two larger versions also have a built-in load valve that you can use to load the hydraulic system. With PicoScope connected, you can record and capture real-time system performance under load. For easy connection, the flow meters are supplied with BSP inlet and outlet connections.
 
Please note that the flow meters are designed for use with the PicoScope 4423, 4X25 or 4X25A automotive diagnostic oscilloscopes only.
The flow meter settings require frequency counting, which is only available on these models.
Experienced specialist personnel is required to assemble and use this item!
